These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WelcomeBookMaker.com (the "Service"), operated by WelcomeBookMaker ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WelcomeBookMaker lets you create, edit, host, download and share digital and printable guest welcome books for accommodation you control. We provide AI-assisted content generation, hosting of a guest-facing web page, file exports, and a QR code for each booklet.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) via our payment processor, Stripe.
You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the property details, text, logos and photos you upload ("Your Content").
You grant us a licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to provide the Service (including generating and hosting your booklet).
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content is accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights to use any images or logos you upload.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft booklet content from the details you provide. AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all generated content — including safety, emergency, and check-in information — before publishing or sharing it with guests.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, to abuse the AI generation features, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your booklets may be unpublished and your data deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
